Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Registrar to join our dedicated medical team at People Tree Hospitals. As a Pediatrician you will be responsible for providing medical care to infants children and adolescents. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and be passionate about delivering highquality healthcare to our young patients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Medical degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Valid medical license to practice as a Pediatrician.
- Completion of a residency program in Pediatrics.
- 1 to 3 years of clinical experience as a Pediatrician.
- Indepth knowledge of pediatric diseases treatments and medications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills.
- Compassion and empathy for young patients and their families.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric medicine.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Examine infants children and adolescents for physical illnesses injuries and congenital disorders.
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions and illnesses specific to pediatric patients.
- Monitor the growth and development of patients and provide appropriate medical interventions and referrals as needed.
- Administer vaccinations and immunizations according to the recommended schedules.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate parents and guardians on proper pediatric care including nutrition hygiene and preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records for all patients.
- Participate in continuous medical education and stay uptodate with advancements in pediatric medicine.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.
- Collaborate with the hospital management and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
