Izzo is a group practice of highly trained dedicated and childfocused therapists in San Mateo CA and San Carlos CA. The therapeutic community has come to recognize Izzo Marriage & Family Therapy PC as a highly valued therapeutic resource for:
- clients that are experiencing divorce and custody battles
- children under five
- reunification
- depression; anxiety; trauma
- low income and multilingual clients
- clients that are Spanish speaking

Job Description

We pride ourselves in having a diverse team which practices a range of modalities and speak a variety of languages from Spanish to Cantonese to Farsi and more. We recognize there is a significant need for bilingual therapists in the Bay Area and are looking for qualified Associates to join our team!
As a Spanishspeaking AMFT ACSW or APCC at Izzo Marriage and Family Therapy PC you:
- Love working with children parents and families
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week including: notes; treatment plans; dx; and clinical enrichment as needed to support clients.
- Work an all inperson schedule OR a hybrid schedule of remote and inperson with a minimum of 3 days in office
- Strive to find the joy and excitement in learning and love that you get to collaborate with other curious minds that are passionate about various topics of expertise
- Take advantage of the resources training and coaching that is offered to all of the associate and licensed clinicians with the intention of these offerings being to help you develop grow and achieve your professional and personal goals
- Are open to working with young children and openly receive the training and support to help you become the best child therapist you can be within our fiercely independent and collaborative community.
- Meet with your supervisor for both group and individual supervision weekly attend company meetings and individual Professional Development meetings.
Compensation Structure
Associates are required to see a minimum of 25 client hour sessions seen per week and attend 3 hours of supervision 2 hours of group and 1 hour of individual per week). Upon hire new Associates earn a rate of $30 per full client hour session as they work on building their caseload. Once they consistently meet the caseload minimum requirement of 25 client hour sessions/week they will begin earning an annual salary of $88000 with opportunities to earn performance bonuses.
*Please note that pay is hourly based on the number of clients seen per week; the session length; Jr. Associate Sr. Associate or Licensed Clinician status; and if the sessions are held in another language or utilize Interpreter Services.
Job Requirements
- Located in California offices in San Mateo and San Carlos
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Hold an AMFT/ASW/LCSW/APCC/LMFT license in California
