Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Developer to support ongoing initiatives related to Loan IQ enhancements SDK-based customizations version upgrades (6.8 to 7.5/7.7) and technical optimization. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of Loan IQs architecture data model and integration points along with the ability to collaborate with business analysts and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and implement Loan IQ customizations using SDK APIs and batch processing tools.
Develop and maintain modules for trade capture loan booking interest/principal calculations and payment scheduling.
Support Loan IQ version upgrades including analysis of upgrade impact code refactoring and regression testing (focus on 6.8 to 7.5/7.7).
Create and execute scripts to handle configuration changes hotfix deployments and production releases.
Collaborate with BAs and business users to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Work closely with DBA and data teams for data mapping validation and reconciliation tasks using SQL/PLSQL.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects performance bottlenecks and integration issues with upstream/downstream systems.
Participate in UAT deployment support and post-implementation reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 8 years of Loan IQ technical development experience
Strong hands-on knowledge of Loan IQ SDK Java PL/SQL and scripting tools
Prior experience with version upgrades especially 6.8 to 7.5/7.7
Deep understanding of Loan IQ data model and key tables (e.g. LIQLOAN LIQTRADE LIQEVENT)
Experience with ClearPar LoanServ or other syndicated loan platforms is a plus
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent troubleshooting documentation and communication skills
