Were now hiring a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our demand generation strategy. Youll create campaigns that convert customer journeys that flow and growth that scales with full autonomy and the tools to win.
What youll do:
- Run highperformance paid campaigns (Google Ads Meta TikTok LinkedIn) that generate leads at scale.
- Lead organic social media growth through engaging content influencer partnerships and smart community building.
- Build and own our SEO strategy to drive traffic and longterm growth.
- Design and optimise customer journeys that increase conversions and lower acquisition costs.
- Collaborate closely with our CRM Manager on nurture and lifecycle marketing.
- Use AI and automation tools to scale content and improve targeting.
- Analyse campaign data to sharpen performance and ROI.
Who you are:
- A growthfocused digital marketer with a proven track record in lead generation.
- Confident with paid and organic strategy SEO and conversion funnels.
- Strategic datadriven and comfortable owning performance metrics.
- A natural collaborator able to sync marketing with CRM and sales.
