Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Provide support with product information troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Requirements:
Fluent French (C1/C2
Good English communication skills (B2
Strong problemsolving and communication skills
Willingness to relocate in Portugal

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
