Job Summary
This role is responsible for coordinating various aspects of the supply chain to ensure efficiency costeffectiveness and timely delivery of goods and services across the company. The role collaborates with different departments to streamline processes analyze data and implement improvements to achieve organizational goals. The role helps in enhancing supply chain performance reducing costs and ensuring the satisfaction of customers and stakeholders.

The Excess and Obsolescence Account Manager is responsible for managing OBS reports to govern ODMs claims and driving EO cost mitigations from Aging Inventory and report scrubbing to support company financial goal for inventory level.

Responsibilities
Supports advanced and complex level transactional processes for special or nontypical assignments independently.
Serves as a process expert within the supply chain capable of pulling the data identifying trends and communicating the meaning behind the data to exemptlevel employees typically in a consultative manner.
Identifies complex special or undocumented areas for process improvement and collaborates with exemptlevel employees to develop recommendations.
Addresses operational issues and improves the customer experience by collaborating with customer support teams.
Utilizes technology and software tools to improve operational efficiency such as implementing new software or automation solutions.
Provides troubleshooting and problemsolving support for complex problems.
Leads and coordinates daily work activities; responsible for overall shift output and timeline management
Provides training and mentorship support and develops training/documentation materials.
Monitors the of tasks performed by lowerlevel contributors.

Education & Experience Recommended
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 8 years of related work experience preferably in supply chain operations or a related field.
