Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Manager specializing in digital marketing to join our team.

The Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients in the digital marketing space driving revenue and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in managing key accounts in the digital marketing industry.

Location: Bhubaneswar

Salary: Negotiable

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the digital marketing sector understanding their business objectives and marketing needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts addressing any inquiries concerns or issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including digital marketing specialists creative teams and analytics experts to develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling digital marketing services to existing clients driving revenue growth and maximizing account profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets increase market share and strengthen client relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in digital marketing providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics analyzing data and providing actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients providing updates on campaign performance key achievements and recommendations for improvement.
  • Negotiate contract terms pricing agreements and service level agreements with clients ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to account management teams fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing account management or business development with a focus on managing key accounts.
  • Indepth knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO SEM social media email marketing content marketing and display advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisionmaking and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to clients and internal teams.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager and others.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve common goals.
  • Willingness for Night Shift or US Shift.
