Job Description
As the Engineering Manager youll oversee the companys engineering operations leading a team of engineers coordinating projects and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a highperforming collaborative engineering team focused on innovation and technology application to achieve strategic objectives.
- Identify test and adopt new technologies aligning them with business opportunities.
- Plan execute and sustain the implementation of technology solutions.
- Establish strategic technical partnerships with technology providers.
- Provide technical expertise to support various business functions.

- Coordinate engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Analyse data and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet company goals.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or Mechatronics).
- 10 years of experience in automation and machinebuilding engineering.
- 5 years of effective people management experience.
- Proven track record in product development and project management.
- Strong technical background with expertise in automation tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent planning organizing communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
