Learnlife is seeking a multitalented Sales Champion to complement our outreach team.
Learnlifes mission is to support a shift in education worldwide: From standardised teaching to personal learning. We envision brave schools where autonomous learners thrive with the support of their learning guides. No more seating in rows in front of an instructor. And we are making it happen.
So far:
Weve built 3 Hubs that host 250 schoolaged learners in Barcelona.
Weve trained 400 educators to embrace new practices.
Weve impacted 40 schools and 10000 schoolaged learners in 12 countries.

Role overview:
You will work remotely or in a hybrid way and live close to our HQ in Barcelona
The ideal start date is end of April 2025 or as soon as possible.
In your role you will
- sell our highlyvalued learning services through digital and n person channels.
- prospect generate and qualify leadsclosely collaborating with sales operations enablement marketing and account managers.
- build customer relationships and close deals.
- bring a comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management.
- attend conferences internal events and research Learnlifes existing contacts to qualify new leads.
- be driven by hitting and overachieving targets.
- relentlessly pursue new business opportunities.
You bring:
- 35 years experience in B2B sales with a consistent track record of success.
- You are accustomed to cold calling and flourish in engaging senior decision makers.
- Fluency in Spanish is a must & being able to work in an English corporate culture.
- You have worked with CRMs excel in social selling platforms and have experience using a range of sales tools
- You are comfortable reporting on sales performance and use data to inform decisions.
- You are a master in the art of relationship building.
- You adopt a resultdriven sales approach.
- You are able to work collaboratively with the team and are reliable and effective in your communication.
- You are a great problemsolver are adept in swift decisionmaking and can show poise under pressure.
- You are flexible resilient and show a growth mindset.
- You are an expert in goalsetting and working autonomously.
- You selfmanage well and selfreflect regularly.
- You are adept at providing honest feedback and are socially astute.
