We currently have an opportunity for a Shift Supervisor 12 Hour Nights 6:30PM6:30AM (Thermo) to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Huntersville NC.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Shift Supervisor 12 Hour Nights (Thermo) you will lead plant production and will be responsible for maximizing safety quality and productivity while also minimizing cost.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
- Develop strategic initiatives and operating goals for the plant.
- Ensure production schedule material usage and output requirements are met.
- Hire and train employees as well as appraise their performance.
- Work to your maximum potential and help others do the same.
Ultimately you will be responsible for creating a safe clean and unified teamoriented workplace that strives towards continuous improvement.

Qualifications
We need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 4 years of related professional and progressive manufacturing experience.
- Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Proficiency in SAP Kronos and Gensuite.
Icing on the cake:
- BA/BS degree in Operations Management Business or a related field.
- Prior team management experience including coaching a diverse staff.
