Roles & Responsibilities
- Indepth knowledge of ongoing and new project launches in the city with a good micromarket understanding
- Recognize topfocused projects and develop good relationships with the developers team
- Identifying Valued Retail Channel Partners (RCP) who majorly deal in the focused projects
- Work on developing a robust network with these Retail Channel Partners give them a better understanding of our proposition and source deals through them
- Create a strong value proposition for CPs to work with us and get involved in the endtoend cycle till deal closure
- Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events to ensure stickiness
- Be excited to go on the field go on the sites and meet more and more Retail Channel partners
