Duties And Responsibilities
Provide leadership orientation and ongoing professional development to Extension faculty in the program development process including coordinating assessments to identify community needs evaluating program efforts reporting outcomes and communicating impacts. Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with internal Extension leaders and Extension faculty in order to create new and expanded opportunities to quantitatively and qualitatively showcase the successes and impact of the organization. Collaborate with Extension faculty across the state on the development of evaluation tools instruments systems and strategies. Identify develop and disseminate educational resources on program development and evaluation to assist faculty in all program areas. Collaborate with University professionals providing leadership for faculty impact reporting within the Faculty Success tool (formerly Digital Measures) to ensure software features and enhancements are optimized for evaluation efforts. Work collaboratively with the Extension Administrative Team Communications unit and others to synthesize information and maximize the utility and effectiveness of Faculty Success in order to provide outcome and impact information for a variety of reports. Facilitate alignment and lead preparation of the Federal reporting including the Plan of Work and Annual Report of Accomplishment for MSU in collaboration with Extension Administration and the Montana Agriculture Experiment Station.
