Who is your future team
The MidAtlantic Marketing Team consists of 8 people today based out of the Washington D.C. and Cincinnati OH offices with expectations of growing in 2025. You will work with the Manager Field Marketing and the Field Marketing Team on coordination and of events customer meetings and other marketing projects. This is an onsite role based out of our recently expanded D.C. Axis Experience Center in Arlington VA.

What you will do here as Marketing Intern
- Support the planning coordination and of events both offsite and at our D.C. Axis Experience Center including logistics vendor management catering giveaway sourcing and procurement and other related tasks.
- Work with the Experience Center Coordinator to drive D.C. Axis Experience Center visitors and set streamlined customer meetings
- Strategize with the Field Marketing Team to create successful marketing initiatives for the local area
- Manage comarketing initiatives with local Axis partners for brand exposure
- Maintain and own event reporting by using Eventbrite Salesforce and other tools.
- Additional marketing projects and duties (internal and external) as assigned
What you will need:
- Outgoing welcoming and professional demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to responsibly prioritize in a time sensitive environment
- Effective verbal and written communicator
- Quick problem solving
- Flexible team player
- Overall techsavvy and willing to learn
- Event planning/hospitality experience
Wed love to hear that you have/are:
- Working towards a BS/BA degree in Marketing or a related field
- 01 years of relevant marketing experience or internship
- Must reside within 10 miles of the Arlington VA area
Physical demands:
- The position occasionally requires lifting 2025 lbs.
- Expected travel time for this position is up to 10
Job type:
- Fulltime 40 hours/week)
This is a fulltime paid internship $16/hour) for up to six months ideally starting in May 2025 or sooner.
