Our client is growing and currently seeking tohire a leaderto effectively manage and be directly responsible for their team in Fort Lauderdale. This team wants a leader who has a drive and passion for construction someone who wakes up every day and truly enjoys their line of work. The ideal candidate will be a natural born leader and a strategic thinker who is able to execute the company vision with each stride. This candidate will be an effective delegator risk manager as well as an excellent communicator.
Our client is a general contractor that specializes in retail as well as industrial construction. They are seeking out the ideal candidate to lead their Fort Lauderdale division. Their project size varies from 5M 45M and their staff consists of 20 or more. They offer an extensive compensation package that is very competitive to todays market and depends on experience as well as the value you bring to the table.
