ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
1. Accountable for the development of effective sales growth:
a. Responsible for new business development and account targeting or with assigned customers
b. Execute outlined activity tasks needed for achieving revenue goals (meetings connects proposals etc.
c. Goals will be established annually (or as needed pending performance) and the expectation is to meet or exceed KPIs through effective account development and retention
2. Responsible for communication and education between the company and clients including but not limited to:
a. Communicating the Icare deliverables to the client.
b. Conduct fullservice presentations for clients as requested.
c. Must be able to interact comfortably gain trust and communicate effectively.
d. Presentation skills; be able to synthesize findings. Create and deliver needed presentations and represent Icare Reliability professionally
3. Mentoring A few of the activities in the area of Mentoring will include but are not limited to:
a. Assist in training/mentoring of ICare employees on sales efforts as needed
b. Able to convey obtained knowledge to the team as needed in a precise and professional manner
4. Effectively supervises personnel ensuring optimal performance.
a. Provides leadership to Sales personnel through effective objective setting delegation and communication. Conducts staff meetings as required. Directs schedules and coordinates Department functions.
b. Ensures that personnel are welltrained effective and optimally used. Instruct personnel regularly regarding policy procedure and program changes.
c. Conducts performance appraisals as required. Formulates and implements corrective actions as needed. Recommends changes in the status of Sales staff including promotions transfers and salary adjustments.
5. Other Responsibility
a. Performs special projects as assigned.
b. Support operations deliverables as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: College Graduate preferred business or engineering degree preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge and background in servicebased solutions and preferably in the asset reliability industry
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 510 or more years of directly related experience in customer care or sales management in a
professional service industry. 3 or more years of direct experience in the service industry
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Good communication skills both oral and written.
Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Windows Word and Excel.
Solid analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Able to work well independently.
