Job Description Summary
The intern will have the opportunity to work on avariety of projects across the Global Law & Policy team including in some or all of the following areas: commercial contracts IP product development sourcing data privacy healthcare compliance research & development mergers & acquisitions corporate governance investigations and litigation.

Essential Responsibilities
Works on projects often requiring independent decisionmaking across a variety of legal subject matters
Conducts legal research and analysis of legal questions/contracts and provides analysis of the same.
Develops PowerPoint presentations and other graphic presentations to communicate progress share best practices or to provide updates.
May be asked to analyze data with excel or various other analysis tools
May be asked to participate in early talent events seminars trainings or projects.
Performing assignments where trust and accuracy are required.
Required qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Current enrollment in an ABA accredited law school
Strong legal research and analysis skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work with high accuracy and integrity
Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with departmentalguidelines
First or second year student at accredited law school
Desired Characteristics
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
SelfStarter proactive able to work independently with minimal direction
Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues create solutions and meetdeadlines.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
