Austins Auto Service of the Lehigh Valley is a family owned company. We are looking for motivated and professional tow truck operators. Pay is hourly and with commission. We offer benefits after 90 days of employment! As well as a 401k plan with company matching. Vacation/Personal/Sick time is offered after a year of employment as well. Requirements:
- 21 yrs or older
- Valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a driving record check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen before employment & throughout employment
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical
- Must be able to pay attention to detail for your safety as well as the customers safety
- Must be able to work any shift and have flexible hours
- Must be able to work over your scheduled time and/or your days off THIS IS NOT A 95 JOB
- Must be able to work nights and/or weekends
- Basic knowledge of cell phone and use of GPS/ Tablet
- Must have secure reliable parking for a flatbed tow truck at your residence.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of cell phone and use of GPS
- Complete pretrip inspection sheets daily.
- Maintain truck fluid levels according to manufacturer standards.
- Maintain consistently excellent attendance.
- Abide by all Federal State and Municipal laws rules and ordinances and maintain a clean driving record.
- Maintain truck and equipment in a safe clean state operating it in a safe and professional manner.
- Attend training and achieve professional certification as directed by management.
- Cleaning the inside and the outside of the truck.
