Contract Recruiter Job Description
The Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing screening and interviewing candidates for contract positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting customer service and have a strong understanding of the contract staffing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through a variety of channels including online job boards social media and networking
- Screening candidates for job fit and qualifications
- Interviewing candidates and presenting them to clients
- Negotiating contracts with candidates and clients
- Managing the onboarding process for new hires
- Providing ongoing support to clients and candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field
- 310 years of experience in recruiting preferably in the contract staffing industry
- Strong understanding of the contract staffing industry and the different types of contracts available
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
