WearelookingProfessionalTechnicalAssistantformanualsolderingwhocan handles soldering of SMT components rework cleaning and inspection of Commercial grade & mil grade assembled boards.
Role&Responsibilities
SolderingofcomponentsonPCB
undertakecorrectplacementandorientationofcomponentsanddemonstrate (amount of solder feeding sufficient flux addition correct positioning and vector speed of nozzle) while holding the equipment
Setthesolderingjig/fixtureaspertheworkspecifications.
Gatherallcomponentstobesolderedasperthespecifications
Set the Solder station temperature as per the work and component specificationsandmeasurethesameusingtemperaturemeasuringdevice.
Selectthecorrectsolderbitandsolderingwireforthegivenwork.
Cleansolderbitscomponentleadsandboardsofanycontamination
Adheretoworkplacehealthandsafetyguidelines
RequiredSkill
ReadandunderstandbasicsofLayout &componentspecifications
knowledgeofcontaminationofPCBscomponentsandsolderingmaterial
knowledgeofcleaningproceduresandprocesses
Awareofoperationalcharacteristicsofsolderingstations
KnowledgeofSolderinginSMT&throughholecomponents
Understandingontechnicalliterature/parameters
Qualification
MinimumITI/Diploma(ECEE&I)
MinimumYearsofExperience:13Yrs.
