Would you like to make a difference in the life of a young person by assisting them to achieve independence through obtaining their drivers licence
Do you have the passion and drive to commit yourself to a challenging and rewarding role We invite you to consider volunteering with our Drive for Life program in Western Sydney.
Support young people to find independence: Using your knowledge skills and experience of driving a vehicle to upskill and empower young people to achieve their driver licence ensuring correct driving behaviour is reinforced and encouraged so as to increase positive outcomes for participants during and beyond the program.
Develop Positive relationships: As a volunteer with Youthlink Drive for Life youll build rapport and develop supportive relationships with learner drivers. Your empathy consistency reliability and patience will model safe and stable relationships for our young drivers.
Embrace Compassion and Respect: We believe in treating every individual with dignity compassion and respect. Your volunteer efforts will help create a nurturing and inclusive environment where our learner drivers feel valued and supported.

Development opportunities with this role:
This role will give volunteers an opportunity to develop mentoring communication and instruction skills. Moreover develop positive relationships with atrisk young people.
