Job Description
Our client is a British organization focused on road safety and training. Their growth is driven by the acquisition of similar businesses and they are building their own applications to deliver a unique proposition to the customers. They are in the early stages of integrating AI technologies into their stack.
We are excited to announce the launch of their new technology entity in Poland expanding their global footprint and creating new opportunities for innovation and collaboration.
We are on the lookout for a Technical Lead who will oversee the development of their core products which are offered as a fastgrowing SaaS solution. Reporting directly to the Head of IT youll play a key role in decisionmaking and act as a mentor to the development team.

Recruitment process:

- Technical test: takehome coding assignment
- Interview with the Hiring Manager and the team 90 minutes)
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discussions guide the development team and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Align project goals tackle technical challenges and develop implementation strategies.
- Drive architecture and design decisions focusing on scalability security and performance.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to align on business priorities user stories and system implementations.
- Take a handson approach to developing core features using .NET Core
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews
- Lead all stages of the software development lifecycle including design architecture development and release management.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Troubleshoot live operational issues.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD systems (experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines is a plus).
- Expertise in security technologies including OAuth2 authentication OpenID Connect Azure AD B2C/B2B.
- Comprehensive understanding of all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with fluency in English.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Expertise in technical decisionmaking architecture design and driving technical strategy.
- Ability to conduct detailed code reviews refactor existing code and resolve bugs.
