We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee and coordinate daily operations within our team in Austin TX. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills the ability to motivate a team and a proactive mindset geared toward performance and goal achievement. This role is key to maintaining a high standard of quality and productivity across all team activities.
Responsibilities
Supervise guide and support team members to achieve individual and team objectives
Coordinate workflow and ensure timely task completion
Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback
Foster a positive team environment with open communication and accountability
Collaborate with upper management to implement strategic goals
Identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions

Qualifications :
