Job Description
Job Title: Lead Carpenter Residential Remodeling
Location: Tavares FL & Surrounding Areas
We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter for a direct hire opportunity in residential remodeling. This role requires 10 years of experience in carpentry finish work cabinetry flooring framing doors/windows and tile work. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience the ability to manage crews and a passion for mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee remodeling projects from start to finish
Manage and coordinate a team of carpenters and subcontractors
Perform handson carpentry and ensure highquality craftsmanship
Communicate effectively with clients subcontractors and project managers
Maintain a safe and organized worksite while ensuring compliance with building codes
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in residential remodeling
Expertise in carpentry cabinetry flooring framing tile work and finish carpentry
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Ability to read blueprints and manage project timelines
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
