Your opportunity
Our marketing team activates Westfield destinations to connect with communities and create engaging customer experiences.
This includes delivering unique events collaborating with community groups creating digital content managing social accounts and partnering with retailers to market their brands.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager at Westfield Marion the Marketing Executive drives exceptional customer experiences by supporting bestinclass activations and campaigns.
In this dynamic role youll shape marketing strategy execute standout events communicate effectively with retail partners and stakeholders and contribute to the broader Centre Experience Team.
Daytoday you will be responsible for:
- Lead key centre campaigns from concept to managing timelines and budgets with a focus on lifestyle cultural events and fashion. Key events include Lunar New Year School Holidays seasonal fashion and Christmas.
- Implement the local digital strategy across owned earned and paid channels to meet customer needs.
- Contribute to the centres Marketing Plan aligning retail energy local priorities and strategic programs with budget and resources.
- Assisting with management of the marketing budget including sourcing quotes creating purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to deliver highquality creative assets on time and within budget.
- Analyse insights and research data to understand customer needs.
- Fulfill Duty Manager responsibilities on a rotating weekend and evening roster ensuring customer experience safety and emergency leadership.

You will be
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Experienced in marketing including event management brand management digital and social media and public relations.
- Customerfocused with the ability to make decisions take accountability and drive highquality results.
- An excellent communicator with strong negotiation and skills paying close attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in customer experience digital and social media research and analysis.
- Qualified in marketing or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Adaptable to a dynamic 7day operational environment.
