Job Description
EPSI Worx is currently seeking a skilled and experiencedWarehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker you will play acrucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. The idealcandidate will have 13 years of experience in a similar role and be familiarwith receiving storing and shipping merchandise or materials. You will alsobe responsible for operating a reach truck while wearing a headset thatprovides instructions in English for picking product locations.
Responsibilities:
Receive unpack check and store merchandise ormaterials in designated areas
Fill requisitions and orders accurately andefficiently
Pack crate and ship products and materials todistribution centers departments or assembly lines
Operate a reach truck while wearing a headsetthat provides computergenerated instructions in English for picking productlocations
Adhere to safety guidelines and operatingprocedures while operating the reach truck
Maintain cleanliness and organization in thewarehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smoothworkflow and timely completion of tasks
Communicate any discrepancies damages orshortages to the supervisor or manager
Follow standard concepts practices andprocedures within the warehouse industry
Utilize basic computer skills for inventorymanagement and order tracking purposes
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent educationalqualification
Minimum of 13 years of experience in a similarrole
Proficient in operating a reach truck andcomfortable wearing a headset for communication purposes
Familiarity with receiving unpacking checkingand storing merchandise or materials
Ability to accurately fill requisitions andorders according to established procedures
Knowledge of packing crating and shippingproducts and materials
Familiarity with operating a forklift ispreferred
Strong attention to detail and ability toperform tasks with accuracy
Excellent organizational and time managementskills
Ability to work effectively under generalsupervision and collaborate with a team
Basic computer skills for inventory managementand order tracking
Must possess steeltoe boots for safety purposes
Must be comfortable working in a noncontrolledtemperature environment
