Finance Operations Specialist

As we expand our Shared Services team were seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to elevate our financial operations. In this role youll oversee daily and monthly accounting activities ensure accurate recordkeeping establish and enforce policies and procedures and manage various administrative tasks. If you have a talent for numbers and a knack for optimizing workflows through creative automation and AI this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you will be doing:

• Invoice Management: Process supplier invoices using our financial tools ensuring timely payments with accurate analytics labels.

• Partner Billing: Collect invoice data from multiple sources create and send partner invoices and ensure they are paid on time.

• Payroll Preparation: Prepare payroll data for our tax office ensuring accurate bonus calculations.

• Budget Management: Take ownership of employee budgets tracking and updating them as needed.

• Financial Reporting: Compile data from various sources to produce accurate financial reports that support informed decisionmaking.

• Contract Management: Handle supplier contracts including negotiating rates and managing renewals.

• Excellent Communicator: You are fluent in English with exceptional communication skills. Fluency in German is a plus.

This role is fully remote however you must be based within European timezones. If you are based in Germany the role offers full employment if outside Germany its a fulltime contract role.
