Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of road projects ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards. You will work closely with project teams contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
If you have a strong background in roads engineering excellent leadership and communication skills and a proven track record in managing road projects we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning design and construction of road projects
- Oversee project budgets schedules and resources
- Ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with project teams contractors and stakeholders
- Review and approve project plans designs and contracts
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays
- Prepare project reports and presentations for management
Requirements:
- B.Sc Eng / B.Eng / B.Tech Eng qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Must be Pr.Eng / Pr.Tech Eng registered.
- Minimum 30 years relevant experience on major road projects.
- SANRAL roads experience
