Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented SharePoint and Policy Maintenance Trainee to support the maintenance of our SharePoint environment and corporate policies for Group Operations and Technology based in Pozna Office.

What you will be doing

This role involves assisting with ensuring accessible uptodate and comprehensive documentation and policies that support the organizations operations and compliance requirements. The position offers valuable exposure to senior management providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • SharePoint Administration:Enhance and maintain the SharePoint platform to support efficient document management and collaboration
  • Corporate Policy Management:Develop and uphold a comprehensive system for corporate policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and accessibility
  • Documentation and Records Management:Implement effective document control processes and systems to ensure accurate consistent and retrievable documentation
  • Training and Support:Facilitate training and provide support to employees on SharePoint and policy maintenance practices
  • Strategic Engagement:Engage with senior management to gain insights and contribute to strategic decisionmaking and organizational policy development

What you bring
We are looking for a candidate who is likely a student

It will bring you in a good position to apply for the job if you:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Management Library Sciences Business Administration or related field
  • Availability min. 25h/week. We expect a commitment of at least 100 h per month (about 3/5 of full time) and for at least 6 months.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly SharePoint (basic knowledge of SharePoint administration and corporate policy maintenance). Previous experience or coursework related to SharePoint Administration is preferred.
  • Interest in document management best practices and regulatory compliance
  • Familiarity with policy development and implementation
  • Experience in a corporate or organizational environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
