Job Description

Deputy Manager (Childrens Home)
Location: Preston PR2

Who youll support: Youll work with up to 4 incredible young people each with their own unique needs including Autistic Spectrum Conditions Learning Disabilities or Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) depending on which of our homes you join.

The Perks:

  • Hours: Fulltime 37 hours per week on a rolling rota including some weekends and bank holidays
  • Sleepins: Occasional sleepin shifts required (extra pay included of course)

What Were Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Youll need relevant qualifications in social care (or a related field)
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role in social care
  • Driving Licence: Essential
  • Age: Must be 23 (due to legal requirements)
