Job Description
A hospital in Southern New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Neuro/Stroke Medical/Surgical Unit. In this role you will provide compassionate patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to plan and guide patients to a successful recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to neuro/stroke patients.
- Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients needs.
- Document care provided and the patients progress toward desired outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
- Administer medications to patients as directed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license.
Additional info:
- Fulltime or parttime permanent position
- Hours: 2436 hours/week
- Nights or Weekend Baylor day shift available
- $3545/hr. base depending on experience differentials.
