CustomHolidays is a bespoke luxury travel company and as we continue to grow we are looking for a team player with a highly detailoriented attitude and a proactive nature in the Travel Designer (Operations) role.
If this position appeals to you then the Travel Designer (Operations Role) is for you. You will be responsible for building the holiday plans from scratch to finish in terms of planning the itinerary and costings for the hotels tours transfers and most importantly Experiences.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities in this role will be:
- Develop and maintain detailed costing sheets in Excel for hotel accommodations tours transfers and experiences ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
- Liaise with suppliers hotels and other travel partners globally to negotiate rates secure bookings and resolve operational issues if any.
- Detailed researchdriven approach for curating unforgettable travel experiences
- Continuously enhance your travel knowledge to contribute to the creation of bespoke luxury itineraries.
- Multitasking and simultaneously working on numerous client travel requests daily
