Job Summary:
Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
1. Completed at least one semester of classes (at least 6 semester hours) at ECC
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills
3. Proficient with technology including typing MS Office and basic computer functions
Desired Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
1. Previous customer service experience
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and technology
3. Familiarity with ECCs campus and the enrollment process or ability to learn these skills quickly
Essential Duties:
1. Assist recruitment with event staffing and promotion
2. Give campus tours
3. Answer phones and make calls
4. General office support
5. Reception desk coverage
Other Duties:
Other duties as assigned that are related to the job description
Physical Demands:
Sedentary (up to 10 lbs occasionally sitting most of the time)

Close visual acuity (e.g. computer assembly)
