Job Overview
CredR is seeking energetic and reliable Delivery Boys to join our team in Bengaluru. The primary role will involve delivering used twowheelers to customers specified locations ensuring timely and safe delivery. This is a fulltime position suitable for freshers with minimum work experience ranging from 0 to 1 year.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Excellent navigation skills to locate customer addresses quickly and efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service skills to maintain good relations with customers.
- High physical stamina to manage the physical demands of the job including lifting and riding for extended periods.
- Keen attention to detail to verify the accuracy of each order before delivery.
- Effective problemsolving skills to address any deliveryrelated issues that may arise.
- Strong reliability to ensure a consistent and dependable level of service.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Pick up used twowheelers from CredRs warehouse and deliver them to customers at the specified location.
- Ensure all deliveries are conducted timely adhering to the companys schedules and protocols.
- Perform basic safety checks on twowheelers before and after deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and payments received.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for efficient route planning and delivery schedules.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety standards while making deliveries.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle in good condition reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
