Responsibilities
- Complete extensive training regarding the product line
- Maintain a strong knowledge base of all new motorcycle makes and models
- Fit Specialist Apprentices learn from Fit Specialists and interact and consult with customers to guide them through their motorcycle purchase
- Create the best vehiclebuying experience to make lifelong customers
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals
- Learn internal systems in order to be efficient
- Support online customers through our eSales office
- Follow up withpotential customers to generate leads and close sales
Qualifications
- Eagerness to learn and sell
- Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections
- High personal achievement standards
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Professional Appearance
- Clean driving record valid drivers license and motorcycle endorsement
- Willing to submit to a preemployment background check and drug screen
