- 23 years of experience in a leading strategy consultancy (e.g. McKinsey BCG Bain etc. and exposure to digital or growth projects in manufacturing or tech industries.
- Strong strategic and analytical abilities with a knack for turning insights into actionable solutions.
- A passion for leveraging datadriven experimentation to optimize user acquisition activation retention and monetization.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams.
- A proactive creative and selfsufficient mindset.
