JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE:Mortgage Administrator
REPORTING TO:Operations Director
KEY OBJECTIVE: To take responsibility for mortgage general insurance and life processing from post sale to successful completion.
AS A SALES SUPPORT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO:
Work closely with all Sales Consultants & other Sales Support
Liaise with all interested parties of each application
Full use on inhouse & online applications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & FUNCTIONS OF THIS ROLE:
To ensure full briefed on all cases that you take responsibility for.
To maintain a diary system to ensure that all cases are monitored on a regular basis and all outstanding matters are dealt with promptly.
To ensure that all incoming post is dealt with on a daily basis
To understand all the necessary computer systems required for this role.
Assisting in general office duties including answering telephones/faxing/filing/photocopying
Any other tasks approved by Operations Director
REQUIREMENTS: PC literate enthusiastic proactive & confident.
BASIC SALARY:20 000 according to experience
BENEFITS:4 X Death in Service
22 Annual Leave (Jan Dec)
HOURS:9.00am 6.00pm
PROBATIONARY PERIOD:Initially 3 months which can be extended to 6 months by either party
