Job Description
Our client is a rapidlygrowing transportation company that has revolutionized the way that customers navigate the city with ease and flexibility.
They are seeking a highlymeticulous and communicative Mobile Tech Lead (Flutter) to spearhead the development of their crossplatform mobile applications. This role requires deep expertise in Flutter and a strong grasp of mobile development best practices. You will lead a small team of engineers collaborate with crossfunctional teams and ensure the successful delivery of highquality solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the design development and deployment of Flutterbased mobile applications ensuring scalability performance and maintainability.
- Architecture & Best Practices: Establish mobile development best practices optimize the codebase and drive efficient engineering processes
- CrossPlatform Development: Utilize Flutter to build seamless applications for both iOS and Android integrating native components when necessary.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor engineers conduct code reviews and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers designers and backend teams to align on technical solutions and product goals.
- Code Quality & Performance: Implement best coding practices conduct unit testing and optimize app performance for a smooth user experience.
- DevOps & Deployment: Oversee CI/CD pipelines troubleshoot production issues and work with cloud services to deploy and manage mobile applications efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 8 years of handson experience in software engineering with at least 2 years of heavy exposure to Flutter & Dart.
- At least a few years of experience managing engineering teams of 35 people.
Angular Next.js React and TypeScript are nicetohaves.

Familiarity with Docker and AWS for cloud deployment.

Experience working with microservices architectures and scalable backends.
- Ideally be able to work out of the office at least 3 days a week. Remote candidates will be least prioritized.
Fluent or nearfluent in English. Additional Asian languages are a bonus.
Bachelors degree in Software Engineering or related IT fields required.
