Core Responsibilities:

  • Approach greet and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses
  • Explain product performance application and benefits to clients
  • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Perform highquality professional and knowledgeable demonstration of new/used vehicles
  • Learn to overcome objections close sales and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company best practices
  • Participate in team and process development sessions maintaining positive relationships with teammates sales teams and dealership management

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Availability to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Prior automobile sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the day
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Professional wellgroomed personal appearance
  • Must have a clean driving record and valid drivers license
  • Must pass a preemployment background check and drug screening
