About the opportunity
Steadfast Technologies Business Analysts identify needs and transform the unknown with the team to create solutions that deliver value to the Steadfast network. Steadfast Technologies Business Analysts work on technology and projects that support the uplift and make a positive difference to our customers.
The Technical Business Analyst actively contributes within the team on Projects and Portfolio initiatives that bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The environment comprises of INSIGHT and the SCTP (Steadfast Client Trading Platform) plus other associated applications.
The projects will involve the implementation of strategic deliverables to modernise Steadfast platforms resulting in increased usage scalability and efficiency of usage and ongoing management. The role works closely with tech colleagues to clearly define business requirements and scope design technical solutions that meet business needs and deliver valuedriven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for business analysis on complex projects or changes and work across platforms where required and software applications.
- Define the Why behind requirements not just the What and How. Achieve this through close alignment with product owners / managers and Technologies colleagues plus displaying a strong technical understanding of the product and technology.
- Design valuedriven solutions and provide support to the team to ensure successful implementation.
- Create Technical Specifications where applicable.
- Innovate by implementing new procedures and processes that improve the applications or business analysis practices.
About you
- Technical skills in areas such as APIs / integrations SQL Cloud Services and Infrastructure.
- Experience working on Digital Platform transformation and uplift programmes CRM transformations and AI project initiatives is desirable.
- Understanding basic programming languages would be beneficial.
- Solid experience utilising a variety of Process Mapping and analysis techniques.
- Business Analysis experience in IT and/or Fintech / Insurtech organisations.
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and colleagues working as a peer providing advice and support.
- Advanced problemsolving skills to understand resolve communicate and deliver innovative solutions.
