Job Summary:
Teledyne LeCroy Inc. located in Chestnut Ridge NY (Rockland County NY) is a hightech leading manufacturer of highperformance electronic test and measurement equipment. We are looking for a talented highly motivated Software Engineering student to fill a Coop assignment with our company from Spring through Fall 2025. This position is located at Chestnut Ridge NY headquarters location.
Detailed Description:
As a Software Engineering Coop you would be part of a team developing and testing software for use with digital oscilloscopes and other test equipment geared toward specific customer applications such as serial data physical layer compliance automotive serial data testing power analysis and more. Your responsibilities will focus around designing and testing software for digital oscilloscopes. Additionally you will gain exposure to manufacturing and operations through new product developmentand assist with manufacturingengineering troubleshooting efforts.
Requirements:
- Pursuing BSEE or equivalent with 2 years of coursework
- Pursuing MSEE or equivalent
- Development experience in C/C and Python programming
- Knowledge of firmware programming principles
- Knowledge of digital and analog hardware electronics
- Knowledge of electronics test equipment like oscilloscope and logic analyzer
- Must be an inquisitive problem solver and a proactive thinker
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must have good communication skills
Salary Range:
$58100.00$77400.000Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including but not limited to location education/training work experience key skills and type of position.
