We are looking for a compassionate conscientious and hardworking BCBA.
Great fulltime opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a BoardCertified Behavioral Analyst working to help cover our DDS/ABI Residences (as well as occasional Shared Living and Individual Support Services).
The BCBA will provide direct applied behavioral analysis functional behavioral assessment and development of Behavioral Support Plans for adults with developmental disabilities acquired brain injury and/or autism spectrum disorder. In addition the BCBA will also participate in the development of Individual Service Plans including periodic reviews of treatment plans. Other duties would include caregiver trainings and education data analysis and attendance at team meetings.
Schedule: Monday through Fri 9am5pm
Salary: $77137/year
Catchment areas: Lynnfield Andover Medford Reading North Reading Peabody Wakefield and Woburn.

Required Skills
- Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
- Valid drivers license safe driving record and access to a reliable vehicle
Required Experience
- Masters Degree in Social Work Psychology Education Counseling or Applied Behavioral Analysis required
- At least two years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required
- Current certification or certification eligible by The Behavior Analyst Certification Board Inc.
- Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
- Valid drivers license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required
