Role Detail
Supporting the broader Technology team in delivering fit for purpose technology solutions aligned with the firms goals you will work as part of the Technology Projects team collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs translate them into clear and actionable requirements capture as is and model to be business processes and workflows identifying opportunities for process improvements and to ensure solutions meet project outcomes and deliver business value.
Reporting to the Head of Technology Projects as a permanent member of the team you will contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices refining methodologies and optimising toolsets to support standardisation in BA outputs.
With flexibility to be Melbourne or Sydney based and a balanced approach to WFH you will establish relationships across the team and within the business to aid in the capture and documentation of business processes and requirements. You will be responsible for converting requirements and analysis into reports and other documentation in line with the firms Project Management framework.

You are an instinctive problemsolver a strong communicator and adept at identifying process improvement opportunities. You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to align technical solutions with the needs of the business to drive efficiencies and improved business performance.
