Multiple implementation experience
Minimum 1 end to end full life cycle implementation experience in last 4 yrs
Client facing skill
Respective SAP module experience
Excellent communication
SAP Functional consultant is preferred to have few years of domain experience 12 yrs)
Role of Consultant in EA SAP:
SAP implementation according to the programmed plan
Deep understanding of different activities in SAP implementation project e.g.
Design/Blueprint Configuration
Testing Data mgmt. Cutover mgmt etc
Understand how services are delivered in onshoreoffshore delivery model
Conversant with SAP testing data loading tools
