Job Description
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the research and development of European washing machine technology focusing on optimizing cleaning performance energy efficiency and user experience
- Develop and execute laboratory test plans to validate washing performance and identify opportunities for enhancements
- Analyse data from performance tests determine root causes of any performance issues
- Work closely with the product development team to identify and implement solutions to performance issues ensure a successful launch in Europe and competitive advantages of new products
- Prepare technical documentation and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to development team
Your profile
- Bachelors degree or above in mechanical engineering electronic engineering or a related field
- 8 years of work experience in the field of product development preferably in the home appliance industry
- Solid understanding of thermodynamics fluid dynamics and heat transfer principles as they relate to washing systems
- Familiar with Laundry Carerelated EN standards and EU commission regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in German and English
