AIML Lead

Job Summary

As the AI/ML Lead at Emerson you will be responsible for spearheading our AI and machine learning strategy developing a team of authorities and delivering impactful solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including product engineering and business leaders to translate sophisticated problems into actionable AI/ML solutions.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Develop and complete the AI/ML strategy aligned with business goals and technological advancements. Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to the AI/ML team.
• Lead mentor and grow a highperforming team of data scientists machine learning engineers and analysts. Champion a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Be responsible for the design development and deployment of AI and machine learning models and solutions. Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and meet quality standards.
• Work closely with product managers developers engineers and other customers to define requirements set priorities and deliver AI/ML solutions that align with business needs.
• Ensure the availability and quality of data required for AI/ML projects. Collaborate with data engineering teams to lead data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Present findings progress and recommendations to executive leadership and other collaborators. Clearly communicate sophisticated technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
• Participate in regular Scrum events such as Sprint Planning Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective

For This Role You Will Need:

• In computer science Data Science Statistics or a related field or a or higher is preferred.
• Total 15 years of industry and development experience
• More than 3 years of experience in AI/ML roles with a proven track record of leading teams and managing successful projects. Experience in a leadership or managerial role is highly desirable.
• More than 5 years of experience in managing a team
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. Go TensorFlow PyTorch) programming languages C# .Net NodeJS and data processing tools.
• Strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models including supervised unsupervised and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated projects and deliver results in a fastpaced environment. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and insights to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart

• Prior experience in engineering domain
• Overall 15 to 17 years experience
• Prior experience in leading teams in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) is
• Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
