Technical Coordinator
SalaryPackage
Due to progression in the Residential market we have been instructed to sourcea Technical coordinator to join a growing Developer. With a strong bank balance this developer is heavily into specialised Partnership schemes either on Land or independant Investors.
The technical coordinator will assist in the delivery of three schemes and play a pivotal role in the business moving forward.
Requirements
- Thorough with a proactive management style
- Ability to prioritise as appropriate motivate and communicate to influence others to ensure that the required objectives are met
- Leadership skills including being decisive flexible good time management organised effective works well under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Experience and understanding of maintaining technical schedules
- Ability to review drawings and identify buildability and technical issues
- Project and process management
- Problem solving and decision making
- Design delivery and assessing risks
- Effective communication with all levels of management and project teams both internal and external to the Company
- Ability to coach and train junior and new team members in technical processes and procedures
- Passionate about customer satisfaction house building and construction with a focus on high standards and excellence.
- Knowledge and understanding of regeneration in mixed tenure developments
- Written and verbal communication skills
Deliverables
- Coordinate Technical and design processes design teams and subcontractors throughout detail design procurement and construction monitoring progress to ensure delivery on time and in budget
- Technical design coordination of schemes ensuring that the maximum revenue is generated by the quality cost effectiveness and buildability of the design
- Assisting with reviewing of consultants detail design drawings and subcontractor designs
- Coordinating consultants and their deliverables driving a high standard
- Ensuring that designs comply with Companys standards
- Promoting design that respects budgetary constraints
