Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for aTechnical Writer. Join ourBusiness Operationsteam and play a key role in shaping high-quality written content for strategic bids and proposals. Reporting to theHead of Submissions youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
- Develop compelling technical content for bids and proposals in collaboration with subject matter experts and bid team members.
- Ensure alignment with brand marketing and client expectations particularly for Government and Defence submissions.
- Contribute to win themes messaging and case studies and ensure their integration into written and graphic content.
- Review submission requirements and ensure compliance with formatting criteria and deadlines.
- Support bid workshops kick-off meetings and post-submission content management.
What Youll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in business project management procurement or equivalent experience in a bidding environment.
- Proven experience working with technical SMEs to tailor content with strong proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint; Adobe Suite experience is desirable.
- Familiarity with Defence-specific bids and frameworks such as ASDEFCON and MSP IWPs is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication organisation and time management skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.
