You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an Account Manager (known internally as Client Delivery Manager) you will be the bridge between our incredibly innovative clients and our talented consultancy teams of engineers scientists developers and tax professionals.
This role is key in supporting the client experience and delivery journey. You will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholder demands both internally with our consultancy and management teams as well as externally with our everexpanding portfolio of clients. The role will suit someone who thrives in a fast paced highperforming targetdriven environment who is commercially savvy obsessed with providing gold standard client experience and takes a hawkeyed approach to problem solving.
This role would suit someone with prior experience in account management or sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention targets and growing lifetime client value by identifying crossselling upselling and referral opportunities.
