Lead with Purpose: Aquatics Team Leader/Supervisor

- Lead a team of enthusiastic swim instructors who are just as passionate about aquatics as you are!
- Ensure water safety and compliance in all classes.
- Mentor and develop new instructors ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.
- Manage scheduling staffing and daily operations with a focus on creating a fun empowering experience for both instructors and students.
- Build a teamoriented culture that celebrates teamwork growth and personal development.
- 13 years of leadership or management experience (aquatics coaching or youth sports preferred).
- A desire for a longterm career in aquatics and education.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and empowering others to succeed.
- A commitment to building a strong supportive team culture.
- Ability to work in water for up to 8 hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.
