Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilledService Coordinator & Supervisorto join our team in Slade Point. You will be the face of NEPEAN Belting QLD representing/maintaining our products and services offered to industry. You will engage with our current client base to continue to support existing products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent NEPEAN Belting as the primary point of contact with our customers for belting services activities in your designated area.
• Follow up regularly with customers on all quoted opportunities and possible new business on a regular basis.
• Offer assistance and explanation when difficulties arise ensure complaints are followed up and that satisfactory solutions are obtained for both the customer and the company.
• Schedule organise personnel equipment and materials required to undertake works that NEPEAN Belting have been engaged for in your designated area.
• Manage after hours support to the customers in your designated area.
• Seek new opportunities to grow the service team in your designated area with support of the management team.
• Support our belt cleaner business through identified opportunities for sales and supply agreements.
• Support the new and refurbishment belt business through identified opportunities for sales and supply agreements.
• Support the aftermarket business through identified opportunities for sales and supply agreements.
• Prepare and manage quotations for customers utilising the NEPEAN Belting formatted Sales Systems and Processes.
• Manage and process received orders utilising the NEPEAN Belting PRONTO ERP package including but not limited to management of financial budgets processing purchases and managing documentation within each project.
• Participate in all internal scheduled meetings and report on activities in your designated area.
• Develop maintain and apply a high level of knowledge for site service activities.
• Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as company policies.

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated conveyor belt maintenance and repair knowledge 5 years)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to strategically evaluate and solve problems.

• Persistence and Tenacity
• Adaptability and Flexibility
• Work personality strongly aligns with NEPEANs DNA
• High risk work license for some or all the following: dogging rigging working at heights working in confined space elevated work platform forklift.
• Documented evidence for working unaccompanied in an underground coal operation highly regarded.
